From fragmented broker operations to a defined AI-enabled target model

The client set out to replace fragmented, manual brokerage operations in business aviation with a unified digital platform.

At the time of discovery, processes relied on disconnected tools, spreadsheets, messaging apps, and manual coordination across aircraft sourcing, compliance checks, documentation, and flight monitoring. The business operated successfully, but scaling it further carried operational and compliance risk.

EffectiveSoft conducted a series of structured discovery workshops to document the current operational reality and define a coherent future state.

We analyzed how brokers process requests, communicate with operators, generate offers and contracts, manage financials, and monitor flights. This allowed us to formalize the full broker workflow as a validated operational model.

Based on that foundation, we designed a target platform vision embedding automation and AI across key stages. The stages included structured extraction of data from client requests and broker chats, automated operator communication support, document consistency validation, sanctions screening, enriched flight briefings, and real-time monitoring logic.

We also outlined how integrations with aircraft sourcing marketplaces, operator and airport intelligence databases, real-time flight tracking services, air traffic control data providers, weather and regulatory data feeds, messaging platforms, and electronic signature solutions should operate within a unified technical framework.

The result was a clearly defined target model and architectural vision that reduces ambiguity and surfaces implementation risks early.

It gives the client a realistic, technically grounded path from manual coordination to AI-supported brokerage workflows.
