Through focused discovery sessions, we identified that the core friction was not visualization complexity but configuration logic. In response, we designed and implemented an enterprise AI assistant capable of translating natural-language requests into ready-to-use dashboard configurations. Users could describe what they wanted to analyze, and the system generated validated JSON settings while keeping all calculations within deterministic backend logic. An agent-based architecture ensured accurate request routing, separating visualization building from asset-level data retrieval and enforcing consistent output structures across repeated request patterns.
As a result, complex dashboard configuration time was reduced by approximately 60%.
This made it possible to transform hours of manual setup into minutes of guided interaction.
